Delivery
1. Delivery Charges
1.1 For purchases above S$60, the fixed delivery fee is waived. A delivery fee of $10 is applicable for purchases below $60.
1.2 Free delivery is only restricted to addresses in Singapore.
2. Delivery Leadtime
2.1 Delivery takes about 2 -5 working days, subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances. (e.g. pandemic, shipping delays, etc.)
2.2 An SMS will be sent to notify of the delivery date/time.
2.3 If you did not receive the SMS, please email us at musicxpressivo@gmail.com with your order details.
3. Delivery Locations
3.1 No delivery will be performed to Jurong Island, Sentosa Island, Airport Zones (e.g. Airport Terminals, Airport Boulevard etc.), restricted Military Zones, or outside Mainland Singapore.
3.2 An additional surcharge of $15, regardless of the purchase value of the order, will be imposed for delivery to specific locations in Singapore, paid by PayNow or Cash to the deliverer, upon the delivery of the order.
3.3 Specific Locations
3.3.1 Tuas Area starting with postal code: 627, 628, 629, 637, 638, 639.
3.3.2 Central Business District Areas.
4. Deliveries beyond Singapore
4.1 Currently, we’re not accepting overseas orders, do keep a lookout at this space for further updates!
5. Redelivery
5.1 After confirmation and arrangement of the delivery, should customer like to reschedule the delivery or change the delivery address, the reschedule has to be done minimally 1 day in advance prior to the set delivery date, or an additional re-delivery charge of S$5 will be imposed for the subsequent delivery arrangement.
5.2 Should the customer provide the wrong, incomplete delivery address or contact number resulting delivery failure, an additional re-delivery charge of $5 will be imposed for the subsequent delivery attempt.

Exchange
1. Strictly no exchange for instruments or accessories damaged due to negligence and/or mishandling (e.g. accidental damage, failure to follow precautions, improper storage of instrument or accessory, exposure to moisture, exposure to excessive temperature, exposure to dust, dirt, sand, other pollution or other environmental conditions, etc.).
2. For instruments or accessories received in damaged condition, please email within 3 working days to make arrangements for the exchange. Otherwise, the item would be deemed as sold and accepted in the condition received.
3. Musical Express reserves all right to refuse exchange for instruments or accessories mishandled by the buyer.
Refunds
1. Refund Policy
1.1 Strictly, no refunds are allowed.
Exclusion Clause
1.1 Musical Express shall not be liable for any injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of instruments or accessories.
1.2 Musical Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage howsoever caused (including caused by negligence) arising from the buyer’s liabilities to third parties.
1.3 Musical Express shall not be liable to any loss to the customer’s products arising from the incorrect delivery address given, resulting in wrong delivery.

By accessing the Site, you agree to comply with and observe all applicable laws, regulations and directives including without limitation the laws of the Republic of Singapore in connection with your access to, and use of, the Site.

Musical Express makes no guarantee, endorsement, representation or warranty, term or condition of any kind, express, implied or statutory that the products advertised, provided and/or made available on the site including the downloadable content are of good title, correspond with description, merchantable, of satisfactory fitness or quality for any general or particular purpose. Nor is Musical Express under any obligation to provide any walk-in, house call, back up or technical support or any other post-sale service.
All products made available to you shall be the subject matter of a separate contract between yourself and Musical Express. Furthermore, Musical Express shall not in any way be responsible for the non-receipt of any order you make, or any delay in the delivery of any product you may order.
Only orders for Products on the Site that are accepted by Musical Express shall constitute a legal, valid and binding contract between yourself and Musical Express. All Prices, if stated, are in SGD, but excludes Delivery charges for purchase below $60. Prices may be subject to change without any prior notice.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you are prohibited from any of the following actions while using the Site:
(a) posting any unlawful, libellous, threatening, abusive, disruptive, or obscene material or message in violation of the rights of any person or which constitute a criminal offence, or otherwise violate any local, state, national, or international law;
(b) uploading or reproducing any information protected by any intellectual property right without obtaining permission of the relevant intellectual property right owner. Only public domain files, and files which the relevant intellectual property right owner has given you express consent to copy and redistribute online or otherwise, may be uploaded to the Site, including any software files or libraries;
(c) uploading files containing computer viruses or other disruptive programs;
(d) acquiring or attempting to acquire passwords, financial or personal information from members;
(e) violating any terms, rules or policies which are posted or otherwise made available or communicated to you in any manner.

Musical Express reserves the right to delete any such material from the Site. It is our policy to decline unsolicited suggestions and ideas.
Notwithstanding our policy with regard to unsolicited suggestions and ideas, any inquiries, feedback, suggestion, ideas or information the customer provides the provider will be treated as non-proprietary and non-confidential.
