How long will delivery usually take?

Delivery will take about 2-5 working days! Do be rest assured that our associates are always checking on the orders coming in and always trying to push out your items ASAP! :)

If you have not received any information regarding your order after 5 days, do send in an email to musicxpressivo@gmail.com and we'll respond to you asap.

If I can’t find what I am looking for, does that mean you don’t have it?

We're sorry that we don't have the product that you were looking for! However, in this case, do still write-in to us via the Contact Us form, and we'll see if we can do anything for you!

How do our instruments get delivered? I'm concerned if they'll be damaged in the delivery process.

For all instruments, we deliver them personally, whereas, for accessories, we deliver with mail :) Do be rest assured that we take maximum precautions to ensure that there will be no damages to your instrument because we ourselves, love instruments as much as you do.

Make payment! We allow payment by credit card, paynow, and cash on delivery! If you decide to pay by paynow, do make payment after ordering and send the screenshot of payment through whatsapp to (+65) 8890 0514.
